In our welcoming and comfortable Wethersfield office, patients receive the highest standard of care when they visit for any consultation or treatment. At your first consultation, your provider will discuss your aesthetic goals, and evaluate your natural facial expressions and muscle positions to determine the ideal location for each Botox injection. They’ll also cover the risks and benefits of Botox and recommend the right treatment for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before treatment, your expert injector will sterilize the area before starting the procedure. You’ll receive a number of small injections with a very fine needle. Many patients tolerate the procedure well, but please do speak up if you’re concerned or in pain.
After the procedure, you may return to your regular activities immediately. And we ask that you refrain from strenuous activities for the first day and avoid rubbing the injection sites for 4 hours afterward.
For most people, the results of Botox appear about 5-7 days after treatment and is typically at its full effect around the 14 day mark. Botox can last Between 3 and 4 months and can be maintained with quarterly injections depending on how your body processes the treatment.
Each patient may receive a different number of injections and amount of Botox, which does affect the cost of treatment. Pricing will be discussed at your consultation.
