Dr. Karter’s Experience and Qualifications
Dr. Karter is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. A Connecticut native, raised in Woodbury, Connecticut, Dr. Karter completed an undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Bridgeport, before attending medical school at The State University of New York at Buffalo, and was an inductee in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Thereafter, he completed residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Connecticut, followed by an American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the Langsdon Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee.
